THE FOUR PRINCIPLES OF THE FORCE IN BWT

THE FOUR PRINCIPLES OF THE FORCE IN BWT
1. Liberate your own force
2. Liberate yourself from your opponent’s force
3. Use your opponent’s force against themselves
4. Combine your force together with your opponent’s
1st PRINCIPLE
It is not important to develop too much muscular force. All you need to do is relax the body and mind, gaining more flexibility.
2nd PRINCIPLE
With a lot of training, we gain great sensibility through contact, permitting you to feel and use the force given by your opponent.
3rd PRINCIPLE
If your opponent has more force than yourself, use that force like a motor, using the BWT techniques.
4th PRINCIPLE
Gather up your and the force used by your opponents.
